Requesting a return

Contact us by email before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return, and we will explain the next steps.

Condition of items

Items should be unused, in original packaging and with all parts included. Installed or damaged parts may not be eligible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us promptly with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your invoice.
